This recipe is soo delicious and is perfect for those late night cravings or as a side dish. I like to eat this when I’m craving something spicy (aka Hot Cheetos) and this definitely hits the spot! These edamame are salty, spicy and tangy. It’s a fun way to eat edamame and this recipe is inspired from the Sushi Restaurant that I used to work at. Now let’s get cookin’!

Servings: 2
Ingredients:
-1 bag of edamame from Trader Joes or 16 oz of Edamame
-3 tsp of Sesame Oil
-2 tsp of Minced Garlic
-1/2 a cup of Soy Sauce
-1/4 cup of Hoison Sauce ( you may substitute honey if you don’t have this)
-1 tsp of Black Pepper
-2 tsp of lemon Juice
-Siracha to taste (I usually put about 3 tsp)
-Sesame seeds to garnish (optional)
Directions:
1). In a Wok or Skillet, add in soy sauce, seasonings, hoison, garlic, lemon juice, minced garlic and sesame oil and cook on medium heat.
2). Once the sauce thickens, turn the heat to medium high heat and add in your thawed edamame to the pan and mix.
3). Cook the edamame in the pan for about 2 minutes, just so that the sauce sticks to the edamame.
4). Serve and Enjoy 🙂
